The Brief
Threading Dreams wasn’t just another embroidery brand — they wanted to weave emotion into everyday gifts. The founder had a powerful idea: create simple, beautiful pieces that feel personal and timeless. But their online presence? It didn’t exist yet.
They needed more than just a store — they needed a brand experience that matched the heart and soul behind every thread.
My Role
I handled the entire project solo, including:
- Visual design (fonts, color palette, layout)
- WordPress & WooCommerce setup
- Mobile-first UX
- Product page customization forms
- Checkout & payment integration
- Blog and gallery layout
- SEO setup (on-page + Ubersuggest)
- Hosting & first-year maintenance
Building the Experience
We started with clarity and comfort as design priorities. I picked EB Garamond for its soft elegance and built a Boho Comfort color palette to match the handmade vibe.
Product pages were built with on-page customization (dropdowns, text fields) so users could personalize before buying.
Checkout was stripped of distractions — focused on trust, flow, and simplicity.
CTAs and microcopy were rewritten to feel like a friend nudging you — not a business pressuring you.
